Every vassal has their chance to demand concessions increased by 10%, and the amount of resources demanded increased by 1. This is doubled for vassals who are not considered a Vampiric Nation. The owner of this wonder is stuck on the benevolence stance. Every war session there is a 50% chance that the war session occurs during day which reduces speed by half and morale by half rounded down or there is a 50% chance that the war session occurs during night in which nothing occurs.
